Because every business and every person is unique, I don't believe in setting a standard price to cover each site. I calculate the cost of the site by many variables. Some people will want PHP and some won't. Many will require custom graphics, or digital photo editing. What other customizations must be done? How many hours are being put into your project? It all is a case-by-case basis, but it is very personal and very detailed!
The best way you can help me in getting your site done is being very specific what you want. I'm not expecting you to have a design or layout, but it helps us both if you have all of your necessary information on-hand (history of your business, important contacts, specialized services, anything you can think of!) Giving me all that you can think at first will get us to a great start. I will create a layout (or two or three, to get a range of ideas) and as I am working on the website, you can continuously give me more things to add. Depending at the rate of information received, and depending on how many unique changes and additions are needed, a medium-to-large site can generally be created within 4 weeks. If your site needs to be done within 48-72 hours, this is possible, but please note there is an additional charge to do this.
The initial estimated price quote may change. For example, if you are quoted a specific price on a site that contains 10 custom graphics, 10 pages and minor PHP implementation, then half-way through you decide you need 10 more pages of information and huge adjustments on the layout, then that price will be higher.
